The KITOKO process

From first idea to final stitch.

Made-to-measure should feel personal, never complicated. Begin with an occasion, a garment or a point of view. We bring every choice into one considered journey.

One principle

The process adapts to the garment and to you. Technology brings clarity; human judgement brings character.

01 / 06Intention

Begin with you.

Tell us what you are dressing for, how you want to feel and what your wardrobe needs to do. You may arrive with a complete idea or only an occasion; both are good places to start.

02 / 06Expression

Shape the design.

Choose the cloth, silhouette and details that give the garment its character—from lapels and pockets to lining, buttons, trims and monogramming. Where our 3D configurator is available, you can explore the possibilities before committing.

03 / 06Proportion

Establish the fit.

We will confirm the right measurement route for your garment. This may be a guided measurement process, details from a well-fitting reference garment, or a consultation with the KITOKO team. The information required is reviewed before production proceeds.

04 / 06Decision

Confirm the commission.

With the design and measurement route clear, complete the agreed checkout or payment step securely. If anything still needs attention, we will contact you before the garment moves into production.

05 / 06Craft

Made with care.

Your garment is produced to the confirmed specification, bringing together the selected cloth, styling choices and fit information. Craft and precision do the quiet work here; we clarify any detail that still needs your decision.

06 / 06Completion

The final review.

Your finished garment is prepared for the collection or delivery route agreed for your order. Try it on promptly and let us know if anything needs attention; we will guide you through the appropriate next step for your service and order.

Technology where it helps. Human judgement where it matters.
